⚠️ A Dangerous Mistake & A Customer Service Nightmare
I'm writing this to warn anyone thinking of buying glasses online. My experience wasn't just inconvenient; it felt downright dangerous, and the lack of support was infuriating. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. It was this endless loop of failed attempts to get help for a serious problem that forced me to keep trying to contact them and ultimately, to write this review.
Customer: I’ve finally reached a person! You sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they’re making me dizzy and sick. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for days.
