An Absolute Nightmare of Inefficiency 😫: My 2.5-Hour Ordeal to Order Glasses
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare of inefficiency and I feel compelled to share it. Their web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase, so I will have to be sent an email so I can type in the information that I already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. After that ordeal, I felt I had no choice but to contact their customer service to see if anything could be done.
Customer: I just spent over two hours trying to place an order. Your website refused to save my prescription, and now it says I have to re-enter it through an email link? This is an unbelievable waste of time.
