I'm writing this review as a warning to others about my terrible online shopping experience. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered two pairs of glasses and never received them. I have been speaking to individuals on chats and emails for weeks now and they get back to me now and tell me they cannot resend me my missing glasses despite telling me they would and I have nothing to worry about. It's the absolute worst customer service and experience, and it feels impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I am extremely disappointed, and this frustration is why I felt compelled to engage with them one last time.
Customer: I'm following up on order #XYZ123. I was promised my missing glasses would be resent, but now I get an email saying you can't. This has been going on for weeks.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the conflicting information and your frustration. Let me look into your order history. I see the notes, and I sincerely apologize for the error and the runaround you've been given.
Customer: Apologies don't help me. I was told not to worry, that it was handled. Now this. I either want the glasses I paid for shipped immediately, or a full refund.
