My Order Nightmare: A Month of Silence and a Customer Service Joke 😡
I am writing this as a warning about my experience with this website. I placed an order for two pairs of glasses, and they were more than happy to take my money immediately. But after that? Silence. It took them an entire month to finally inform me that one of the pairs I ordered was out of stock. It's impossible to talk to a person; the customer service is a joke, you just go round and round with a computer. I get an email every day for sales, but can't talk to anyone about my actual order. The whole situation has been a joke, and it’s this complete failure of service that forced me to finally try and get a real person on the line.
Customer: I’ve been waiting a month just to be told an item is out of stock. Why did it take so long? Your automated system is useless.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the unacceptable delay and the frustration this has caused. That is not the standard of service we aim for. Let me look into your order immediately.
Customer: It’s ridiculous. You take my money instantly, but I can’t get a straight answer for weeks. I get daily sales emails from you, but zero real help with my actual purchase.
CS Rep: You are absolutely right to be upset. I see the communication failure regarding the out-of-stock item. I have personally upgraded your replacement order to expedited processing and shipping at no cost, and I’ve issued a partial refund for the trouble.
Customer: Fine. We’ll see if that actually happens. I am tired of being given the runaround. This is my last chance with your company.
