I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched. What's worse, trying to resolve this issue has been an exercise in futility. I've been trying for two days just to talk to a human, but it seems impossible. The 'bot' keeps sending a return label to an email I never received, and even after finally connecting with someone, they sent the wrong information for the return. This ineptitude is why I felt it necessary to not only contact customer service but also share my experience.
Customer: I've been trying for two days just to get this resolved, and it's been a nightmare. I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched! And when I finally get through, you send the wrong return information? This is ineptitude at its finest.
