My 'Express' Shipping Nightmare: A 19-Day Wait & A Warning 😡
I'm writing this as a warning. My old glasses broke, so I urgently needed a new pair and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. That was a huge mistake. After nearly three weeks of waiting and my order status never changing, I can only conclude this is a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" I finally had to call their customer service just to figure out what was going on.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about my order. I placed it on March 30th and paid for express shipping. It's been 11 days and your website still says it's in production. Where are my glasses?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay. Can I please have your order number? I'll look into that for you right away.
Customer: It's 582910. I paid ten dollars for 3-5 day shipping because my old pair broke. I can barely see. This is completely unacceptable.
