I ordered glasses on March 30th, urgently needing them because my old ones broke, so I paid for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days. But day 5 came, and they were still "in production." Day 10, still "in production." By day 11, I had to call to ask for a shipping refund. It felt like they process these all the time by how the representative responded. Even after that, I got my $10 shipping back, but the glasses were still projected "6 days out." This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and as of "Day 19 or whatever, still no glasses!!!" I felt compelled to share this nightmare and engage with customer service because this kind of service is unacceptable.
