A Glitchy Nightmare: Deceptive Promos and Unbelievable Customer Service ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning for anyone considering this website. My shopping experience was a complete nightmare, designed to be so full of glitches that it's impossible to actually get the deals they advertise. After finally placing an order, I realized their "buy one, get one" promo hadn't been applied. My honest conclusion is that they are: Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. This is the responses of what they offered. Return them ( even though their correct style and prescription. ) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the bogo they messed up and admitted. Simple solution? Credit back to my card used. Nah that's too easy. This absurd "solution" is what forced me to contact them, hoping for some basic common sense.
Customer: Your site glitched and didn't apply the BOGO promo. Your team admitted it was your error, but you want me to mail back perfectly good glasses and reorder them? That's ridiculous. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I do apologize for the issue with the promo code. I see the notes here, and our standard process for this situation is indeed to have you return the order so we can place a new one with the discount applied correctly. Customer: That's not a solution, it's a huge waste of my time for your mistake. I have the glasses. They're correct. Just credit my card for the pair that should have been free. It’s that simple. CS Rep: I certainly see why that would be the ideal solution for you. Unfortunately, our system cannot process a partial refund for a promotion after the order has been completed. The return is how we have to correct the billing. Customer: So you’re telling me your company's policy is to intentionally inconvenience customers to fix your own errors? Unbelievable. This is the most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. CS Rep: I am very sorry you feel that way, and I can assure you that's not our intention. Let me see if I can offer you a store credit for the full value of the second pair that you can use on a future order.
