Their customer service bot is completely worthless, and I honestly doubt there are any human representatives to speak with. Why did you mislead customers about the production time? And why is it so hard to speak to a real person? CS Rep: You are absolutely right to feel that way. We acknowledge that our communication channels and initial production estimates for your specific order were not up to our usual standards, and I deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused, especially regarding your trip. I'm actively checking the updated status for you now. Customer: So, what's the actual status? When can I expect them? I just want a clear answer. CS Rep: It looks like your glasses have just finished final inspection and are being prepared for shipment today. I will provide you with the tracking information as soon as it's available, and as a goodwill gesture for this significant delay, I'd like to offer a full refund on your shipping charges.
